I want to make sure I write this correctly. I have a few clarifications:

1. Where should I write this? What's the file path or system?
2. What format do you want? (markdown, HTML, plain text, YAML, JSON, etc.)
3. What exactly is a "page note"? Is it:

• A human-readable summary/description of the page?
• Metadata/frontmatter for a page system?
• A specific structured format?

Once you clarify those, I'll write it.
